I can log in to Box web, but not mobile (app) Box
I'm able to log in to Box.com (macOS/Safari), but I'm no longer able to log in to the Box iOS app. I have browsed through many forum posts and FAQs, but have not found an answer. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app (power-cycling iPhone in between). Can someone from Box support help?
