I need to open a support ticket, not a community based answer
Offline files ARE NOT working for me despite all the efforts.
I have already asked for help and each and every single time someone here labels the post as "Answered" and that's it.
But is it forbidden to get help from the company????
I am not the only one having problems with offlines files for the latest Box Drive windows version. IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK.
