Cannot log into Box for iPhone
Today I was suddenly unable to log into Box on my iPhone.
The problem showed up first in that Box failed to refresh content when prompted. No error message, just showing the same files as before even though the online directory has changed.
No problem, I figured, I'll just log out and log back in. I log out, but when I try to log back in I cannot. I get the username prompt, then the password prompt, then the 2FA prompt, and then I am sent back to the login screen with no error message.
I have reinstalled Box and restarted the iPhone with no results. Please help! This is mission-critical for me. Thanks.

I have the same problem, except that I get an "invalid credentials" alert in my Box app on iPhone. I also have no problem logging in to web or Box Drive on Mac. I posted my issue in this so-called "Support Forum" over three months ago, with absolutely no response whatsoever. I am utterly astounded at how many requests for help/support go unanswered here.
