Attempting to Add users, Interface not loading

I'm attempting to add users, but when I select the option the interface does not load.  I have attempted on Chrome, Firefox, no luck, just a box with three bars 'loading' until it times out.

  Well, issue cleared not long after I submitted the help request :-\ All clear now. :)
