Request to Restore Developer Account and Admin Console Access
Hi,
I recently downgraded my account to the free plan, and since then, I have lost access to some important features. Specifically, I am experiencing the following issues:
- In the Developer Console, I am seeing the message, "Log in or sign up for a Box Developer account to access all of the Developer Console features," even though I am already logged into my account.
- I no longer have access to the admin page at https://app.box.com/master, which I previously had as part of my developer plan.
- My enterprise ID now shows as "0."
These features are important for my ongoing work, and I would like to request that my developer account and access to the admin console be restored.
