    After I save files on computer 1, I can see they are uploaded to box.com when i view online, but they are not downloading to computer 2.  Created and saved files on computer 2 and files do not sync with computer 1.  All files created on computer 1 and 2 are syncing to the web.  This issues started for me on 9/5/2024 - I uninstalled and reinstalled box sync on both computers with no resolve.  These are new files, so there isn't an issue where the file name already exists online or on the other computer

    i cannot figure out how to communicate with support - even followed a link from a box employee in another thread that lead me back to this forum
