Is creating a post here the only way to get Box Support?

I have found my exact question on this community forum multiple times, with no resolutions posted. It seems the response is that if you post here they will open a support ticket? Why isn't there a way to search actual posted fixes?? How does one open a ticket without going through this? Is creating a post here the only way to get Box Support?
