Periodic callout exception with box API

System.HttpRequest[Endpoint=https://api.box.com/2.0/files/####/, Method=GET when calling above api we are getting this error.

System.CalloutException: arraycopy: last source index 32 out of bounds for byte[31]

 

We seem to be getting this error periodically at random intervals. I removed the number in the endpoint and replaced it with #### for the sake of this post.
