I am incredibly frustrated in using Box. I only use it because in my work my partner uses it with an external organization, otherwise I would ditch it altogether. I continue to be sent links with important documents and files, only to click on them and get errors. When others open the link, it works for them. This has been worse in the last week. What gives? Permissions and sharing have been repeatedly checked so that is not the issue.
