The folder that I had access to has disappeared

The folder that I had access to has disappeared for some reason.
I asked the admin to reshare access again, but the folder is empty, across all my devices and even when logged in from the browser.
If anyone can advise.

1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history or use a different browser
3. Check if your Firewall is configured for Box apps
4. Try to connect to a different network
5. Reach out to the owner of the link and request to remove you as collaborator and re-send a collaboration invite
