Never Ending Loop (Box Desktop Drive)
I have Box drive on my desktop.
Whenever I try to log in on my desktop, a log in page automatically opens on the browser and after logging in I get "Launching Box Drive..." and it never goes away. A pop-up box appears, and it asks me to open Box app on my desktop, which send me back to the log in page on my desktop.
Spent almost an hour trying everything I can, and it is still not working. Little hope that Box will offer a decent support for individuals, but fingers crossed before I completely terminate my account.

It's fascinating how sometimes the smallest glitches in cloud syncing software can turn into these rabbit holes of frustration. What really baffles me is how Box Drive—despite being a widely used tool—hasn't yet nailed a smoother login experience. The loop between the desktop app and the browser is almost like Renta Ciudadana it's trying to teach us patience... or maybe just trying to remind us how much we really want that file synced.
