Notification is not sent when shared folder or file is accessed.
I have shared files or folders with colleagues and have not been notified when the file is accessed. Is this option available in the free version? Under email and notifications>Override defaults>Notify me when someone (I have all boxes checked).
Nothing happens when the shared file is opened.
Can someone help or explain this?

Thank you for your response. The documentation I've read so far indicates that the free version can send these notifications if enabled. It's disappointing that customer service is so difficult to reach. In my opinion, the lack of customer service support would prevent me from upgrading to the paid plan.
