Which Box.com account types allow developer apps to access their accounts

On this page there are four different Box.com account types listed ...

 

• Personal Pro
• Starter
• Business
• Business Plus

 

Do all these account types allow for developer apps to access their accounts (assuming permission is given)? Do they all have Enterprise IDs?

 

Am I correct in thinking the free accounts do not allow custom developer apps to access their account? I could not find any Enterprise IDs for the free account types.

  I need the Enterprise ID of the account I want to access in order to generate an Admin Token. Therefore I need to explain to users of my application where to find their Enterprise ID so they can send it to me. I know how to access the Enterprise ID of a developer account but where do I find the Enterprise ID for a different account like a Free Box.com account?
