Box for Salesforce Develeper

Hello,

I am new to Box and am currently setting up Box for Salesforce. I want to add some of the functions found in the developer toolkit but don't know how (such as creating sub-folders for account). 

Where exactly do I put the code to make this work ?

Step by step instructions on how to use the developer toolkit would be great, if possible.

  Thank you for your response. 

  I have already looked at the developer toolkit and I understand the code.

  However, it does not provide instructions on where to put the code or how to make it work. That is what I am having difficulty with.
