How to grant an application the "Manage enterprise" permission?

Hello,

around one and a half year ago we developed an application, registered it in our Box account and granted the "Manage enterprise" scope:  https://developer.box.com/docs/authentication#section-oauth-2-scopes

Meanwhile the Box web user interface changed and the checkbox for granting "Manage enterprise" scope is no longer available:

Now I am wondering how an application can be granted that scope today. Is it a bug that the checkbox is missing or is it intended and the customer has to contact Box support to grant that scope, like it is neccessary to activate the "As-User-Header" functionality?
