Box Content Preview App Integration Blocked (iOS)

Good morning,

I'm building a Box iOS app integration using Box Content Preview (https://developer.box.com/docs/content-preview) element and it's effectively getting blocked. It functions correctly in my browser and on the Andriod version but not on iOS.  Before delving into the technical specifics, has anyone experienced this and is there a potentially simple fix or reason Box Preview has issues in an iOS integration?
