Access Box file with android Storage Access Framework

Hello,

I am writing an android app and use the android Storage Access Framework to access files from storage providers. After calling the file picker and selecting an image from a storage provider, I get a content uri and can access the file with InputStream is = getContentResolver().openFileDescriptor(mediaUri);

When I do the same with Box I get a FileNotFound exception

The content uri I get is like
content://com.box.android.documents/document/file%2C12***phone number removed for privacy***

Do I need somthing special for Box files to open the FileInputStream?
