Box Status

The admin cannot view files in box uploaded by JWT auth api

Hi,

 

I have created an oauth 2 with JWT app and I have upload a file using box API. But I am not able to see the file uploaded using in box UI. (In the configuration section, I can see I am admin for the app). Can you guys please update what possibly be wrong..??

    By default, you're probably doing the uploading using the service account of your JWT application. This means that the only way you'll be able to see the content in the UI is to either: 

     

    1.) Add a collaborator on the content that you have login credentials for to view in box.com 

    2.) Use the content manager of the admin console and search for the application name in the search bar
