Getting error post generating the token

    This error typically occurs if you are either making a call with a user that does not have access to the requested file, or if you are making a call from one user, but using the token of another user.

     

    If you continue running in to this issue, please file a ticket with our support team at support.box.com. This will allow us to get some more information to look in our logging on our end.
