HTTP Code 492 with Error Message temporarily_unavailable

Hi,

 

I am using Box.com's API to upload files, but I am consistently getting the following error:

 

429: {"error":"temporarily_unavailable","error_description":"The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading of the server"}

 

I am uploading less than 20 files per day, so I do not think my program is causing the error. Furthermore, based on the documentation for error code 429, if my app was the one causing the error, I would be receiving the error message rate_limit_exceeded. 

 

This seems to be very reminiscent of this error that occurred in 2017. 

 

Can someone help me figure out how to get past that error?

  Hi ,

   

  Our apologies for not getting back sooner. This seems like it could be due to this incident that was logged in our systems, just not tagged as such. Are you still experiencing the issue?
