Uploader: API or UI Element in ASP.NET

We are trying to add a Box Uploader to a form. We have tried approaches that I have found described here and elsewhere but always seem to be missing something. Could someone provide an example with a complete MVC Action or a Web Forms Method including the action/method declaration using either API or UI Element? Ideally we want the form to submit with some basic information (name, phone, etc) and a list of files to be uploaded to a Box folder. Thank you.

  Hi  I am not too familiar with MVC Action or a Web Forms Method so I can't give you much help here. I'd recommend reaching out to the Box .NET SDK team or the UI elements team for more input.
