Create user invite - 403 error

Hi to all,

II have tried almost with the whole set of Box API/SDK successfully , but always get 403 just for "Create user invite" feature. Please see the response below:

Looks like i have all the scopes needed turned on in App Configuration - see screenshot below

Also i saw that it should be something on user level as well, but did not succeed to find it.

Do you have any idea how to allow this feature ?
