How far back does the eventstream go?

I'm looking at the docs for user and admin events. It says that I can request historic data, but doesn't say how far back the event log is guaranteed to go. Is there a guarantee on history? And is it number of events or time based? For example, can I go back six months if I need to?

  Hi ,

   In the doc it says "Box does not store all events for all time on a user account. We store somewhere between 2 weeks and 2 months of events"
