app user to manage users

hi,

im trying to create a batch that automatically creates, deletes or may be update user properties weekly.

i don't want this user to be able to login to the webapp, so i was planning to use App Users but it looks like app users can't be assinged rights to manage users.

How can I assign rights to this user so it can manage users?

  You may want to consider using a Service Account, which can be assigned specific Co-Admin privileges including Manage Users. For your use case this account could perform automated actions on behalf of the managed users.
