Howto: Access different user accounts with external .NET application

Hello all,

I should access different user accounts with an external .NET desktop application.

The user accounts (name and password) are known. The application should read/upload files in directories and get information about usage/free space of this account. The application itself is started once and should work automatically all user accounts (stored in database).

Who can help me to setup this kind of application?
