Event stream skips some new events

1. Do 'https://api.box.com/2.0/events?stream_type=changes&stream_position=now' and get stream_position_1
2. Upload file in UI

3. Do 'https://api.box.com/2.0/events?stream_type=changes&stream_position=stream_position_1' and get no events and stream_position_2

4. Try to get events with stream_position_1 and stream_position_2 several times. Get nothing

It works fine before. Has something changed in events endpoint behavior?

  Please see https://status.box.com/ . The events stream is currently experiencing some delays. The root problem was mitigated, so the backlog should be clearing out now.
