Bulk Deleting Managed users in CLI Getting Error message

I'm in the process of removing 500 +/- Managed users

Logged into the CLI and ran this command

 

box users delete $to_delete_user_id  -y  --bulk-file-path /Users/macuser/desktop/box.csv

 

the Script loads all the users but I get this error:

 

One is "The API returned an error [MethodNotAllowed | Unique user GUID here I removed for security] method_not_allowed - Method Not Allowed"

 

 

What am I missing? I followed the CLI setup found here https://developer.box.com/docs/box-cli

  This error is hard to troubleshoot without having some more specific information. Therefore, it would be best if you could open a case so we can take a closer look with you. 

   

  In the ticket you will want to include: 

   

  • Client ID (accessible via the configuration tab of the developer console)
  • Date/time/timezone you receive this error
  • The call you're making
  • The full body of the error message
