Cannot get xls or xlsx representations

We cannot get xls or xlsx representations to work in our app. Other file types are working, such as ppt, pptx, pdfs, docx, etc. We can also preview the files, but we are retrying every 20 seconds to get the representations for the excel files and they do not come back from Box. We've waited about 15 minutes for each at this point, and none have worked out.

 

  • We have tried spreadsheets from numbers and microsoft excel
  • We have tried different file sizes, including very small ones
  • We have tried with different content, just text, some graphs, etc.
