How get Boxnotes view count by Box API

I want to get the Boxnotes view count by Box API.

But, the API response is always 0({shared_link: {preview_count}).

If the target file is not a Boxnotes, API response is correct.

 

How can I get the Boxnotes view count by Box API?

  Hi ,

   

  This is most likely due to Box notes being slightly different in how content and metadata is stored. If you load up a note inside Box there won't be any metadata information giving you the number of views, creator, etc. in the side panel. The most likely cause of this is Box notes not storing access information, so it'll send by 0 for any note.
