All of the sudden, music files stored on Box won't play in most people's cell phones
Two days ago, music files which I share in a daily feature on Facebook stopped working for most iPhone and Android users. They play fine on real computing devices (laptop and desktop) but I know most people prefer the Liliputian world of their phones. The file shows as being there but is not playable and has no track length visible, as it would normally.
This seems to be a new problem, and it kind of ruins my Facebook series if people can't play the sound files. What to do? Is this some bug that a well-intentioned developer has introduced to Box, which up until yesterday has worked perfectly on all platforms?
