    Hi folks,

     

    If you need immediate assistance for folders that are missing or deleted, our support team can help you with locating your content. Cassy is correct that your IT admin does have this overview as well, but if you have further questions please submit a ticket through here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    I do have some article recommendations on how to handle employees who are leaving - This will require admin permissions which may require your IT team to identify.

    We have the same question for Box as there aren't any details or forums addressing this issue.

    A colleague is due to leave, they have added me as Co-owner, but I don't have complete access rights to business critical folders.

    Without clear direction from Box we will be in the same position as you.

    Someone at Box - help!

    Hey Jonathan - I work for a big corporate company and I was told to contact my IT department. I did and they have re-instated the box with me as the owner. May be worth reaching out to your IT department.

    If your colleague is still there, they can make you owner which then in turn makes them an editor. This should give you full access to the files.

    We've tried to change ownership however it isn't possible.

    Hopefully someone at Box will come into this thread.

    I have the same issue.  I have 2 employees that have left and we have now lost all the files they had stored in Box, how do we them them back?
