Web Hook - File Copied and Overwritten - Not Firing any Hooks

I have all hooks enabled on my web hook including, copy, trash, delete, rename, upload.  

Using Windows explorer if I copy a file in one folder and replace it with another file with the same name the web hook never fires.   Can someone tell  me how to handle this scenario?  I would guess it would be a trash and then copy, then upload hook all fired.
