custom app - integration not triggering my aws rest service

I created a custom app and playing around web app integration to call my rest service. I have everything setup correctly and when I trigger the event for a file, box says everything is successful. I'm looking in my log file and there is no indication box had called it. I used postman to verify my service and it does work as the call was written to my log file. My question is there a way I can see the response when box trigger my rest service?
