Box Status

box tools installed on my safari, but still cannot open/ edit spreadsheeds

Hello!

Box tools is already installed on my safari ( long time ago). I am opening the box in my safari.

I have been editing spreadsheets for years now, and i have never had this issue: i get the message saying that the box tools isn't detected on my browser.

How can i solve that?
