excel document
Hi
New to box, using windows I can see and use some excel documents but new documents which should be there don't appear.
Other users sharing the same docs can see and use the files
When I use a mac to log in and check my account the missing files are in my box.
Any random tips for windows that may help to solve the issue

May we know how are you accessing your contents in Box? Are you using desktop apps such as Box Sync or Box Drive?
The scenario you encounter can happen when you are using Box Sync and a parent folder is partially synced (hovering over folder icon displays the This item is partially synced status). When a folder is partially synced, new subfolders or files created within this parent folder will not be marked for Sync automatically so you might see contents appear from one computer but not on other devices as those contents have not synced to Box.
You'll want to make sure the your files/ folders synced up to Box.com to see the changes on other device you use Box app to. If your files are not synced, you have to fully sync that partially synced folder to solve the issue by unsyncing the folder, then sync it again in Box.com.
