Tags in Box Drive

Hi,

Is there a way to see the tags in Box Drive? Right now I have to view box on the browser to see the tags  for each file. Is there some option to view the tags in Box Drive without having to go to bo.com each time?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  At present, there isn't a way to sync down tags from Box.com to Box Drive. 

  If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com!

  Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

  I see. So this isn’t a bug. I also raised this issue to box. It seems that tags and trash folder are simply not accessible in both box drive and box mobile. But personally, I think it should be, especially in the mobile app. These are essential features.

  Ok I guess I will submit the request then. If some of the features cannot be viewed in box drive it defeats the purpose of using the drive.

  I think that Box really needs to get the tags in mac OS working again as this feature while it may seem trivial, is actually key way to keep track of work in progress at a glance as well as collate work at different stages of production used by people around the world, to just decide it's not necessary is very short sighted indeed.
  
  Overall, this is a very poor effort on box's part that after so many months of complaints about this issue, nothing is being done to rectify this situation.

  Fully agree, used tagging in in Mac Finder to prioritise / mark folder; now with this feature not working it's degrading the use of BOX.

  This feature worked for me until I upgraded to MacOS Big Sur. Very disappointed that it no longer functions.
