    Hi Marina,

    I'm sorry for the experience you've had, and I've escalated the case internally. When a there's a very large file operation that takes place, there can be a delay before the content becomes available again--it's all safe, but is completing a move on our backend. Everything will go back to normal once the move completes.  We'll take a closer look to ensure everything is moving properly.

    Hi Marina,

    I'm curious whether this was resolved and how long it took to do so. We've moved much smaller numbers of files and noted that box drive and box online remain out of sync for some time.
