Getting code 503 when trying to retrieve events
Hello,
when reaching the API in the endpoint https://api.box.com/2.0/events/ , I get the following response :
{"type":"error","status":503,"code":"unavailable","help_url":"http:\/\/developers.box.com\/docs\/#errors","message":"Service is temporarily unavailable","request_id":"9u74gpgirkdnoykj"}
My enterprise app is configured correctly with Oauth and JWT. Also, this endpoint worked for me before with the same credentials.
I noticed this problem about 1 week ago, and this keeps happening until now.
Is there some problem in the Box servers for this service? What can be done about it?
