I cannot upgrade to Box Starter
I am a Japanese user.
When I upgrade my account from Indivisual to Box Starter, I get the following error and cannot upgrade.

There was an error processing your request.
My credit card payment status is fine and I should have entered my address correctly.
Errors are very confusing and I can't figure out what's wrong.
Do I have to enter in English even when registering a Japanese address?
How can I upgrade?
