"Upload part of file" endpoint problem.

I send put https request to call the  "Upload part of file" endpoint and get 405 "Method Not Allowed" response saying it only allows "OPTIONS, POST, GET, HEAD" methods.
It accepted the "PUT" method yesterday though.
And the endpoint description in the API reference says that the PUT method should be used for "Upload part of file" endpoint.

Was there an update yesterday of some sort so the "Upload part of file" should be called differently now?
