character mangling
I've noticed that I can't copy/paste into and out of boxnotes without characters like double-quotes and double-dashes (" --) being turned into some other identical-looking character. So if I copy/paste something like a curl command with all of those things, it's so mangled (though it *looks*) the same, it causes errors and I end up erasing and re-typing all the non-alphanumeric characters every time. Has anyone else experienced this? It's a small time-suck I'd love to have a workaround for!

Sure. Not sure how helpful this will be because everything *looks* the same, but, as an example, here's a command string I copied from a website. The first try is copy/paste straight out of my browser (which fails as expected, complaining about the value in the apikey field -- but the point is that the command was sent and processed correctly). The next attempt (which looks identical), is after copying that command string into a box note, then copying the string I'd just copied from the boxnote into my terminal. That's two copy/pastes: one from web to boxnote, the other from boxnote to terminal. So, you can see that the copy/paste from the web is fine, but the copy/paste in and out of box (no modifications whatsoever), seems to change some characters. If I erase dashes and quotes in the terminal, and re-type those dashes and quotes, it sends properly (not pictured).

Hi Christy,
Thanks for sharing this!
However, this seems more of a question for our Platform and developer forum.
I would suggest reposting this issue there so you can get some insight or feedback from our members and experts there.
Thanks for your patience!
