when we use box in netsuite with administrator role it works correctly, but when using a user who does not have administrator role the following message appears There was an issue with the Box SuiteApp. Please refresh and try again. If the problem persists contact your NetSuite Administrator

  I understand there's been issue with your NetSuite integration, we would usually advise that this be discussed with a tech support rep for further checking and it appears you already have one ticket opened for this.
