The Collaborations Report is not working

I cannot generate a Collaborations Report for our enterprise. I have tried running multiple times and a green message flashes to indicate its running however it never completes nor does it show up as pending or failed. I have tried running it in 2 different browsers (Internet Explorer and firefox) with the same results.

  Correction - it did run but it never showed up on the dashboard and since it shows up as an individual file and not a folder, it is difficult to find in the Reports folder.
