    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Are you able to download these file and play with without any issue on your computer?

    Can you check if watermark is enabled for these files or the folder they are located?

    • Box Notes, video, audio, flash, .msi, .exe, .zip, and 3D files do not support watermarking. Enabling this feature prevents previewer uploaders, viewers and previewers from viewing these file types.

    Thanks so much France, for reply! No I don't have watermark, mine is just a free account, I did not see any option for that. But mysteriously yes I could again view/listen/download, without having to be logged in, as of this morning. I didn't do anything to repair. Glitch? Thank you again, be well and safe!

    Is there any way that the Box Community can assist with these requests please ?

    Box.com seems to be redundant, well any platform would be too if it is inoperational.
