OAuth Sample and documentation is a mess

The documentation does not help is setting the redirect uri.... when I set it to what the app complained about: boxsdk-<clientId>://boxsdkoauth2redirect, I got past the first issue and then got the second.... a web page saying: Sorry, we couldn't find the page.

I had to strip out Carthage from the project since it fails to compile.
