Setup
Setup verification code will not come through on cell phone, thus making it impossible to open files sent to me.
Why is there no option to receive verification code via email.
This is extremely frustrating and Box Support is of no help after three days of trying.

It seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with our support department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.
About receiving the 2FA verification code via email, Box currently provides 2FA only through SMS-delivered codes. The idea to use Email for 2FA is currently Under consideration in our feedback site, Box Pulse. If you would like to add your vote for this feature request, you can vote on this via Box Pulse here.
