Error when changing from monthly to annual billing
I am trying to change my billing from monthly to annual and after I confirm the change I receive the message 'Your billing cycle was not updated. Please try again.'
All my info is current and the CC info is good. I tried to contact Box Support but they said they have too many support requests to accept more support requests. Yikes.
Any thoughts?
