Box Sync unable to access files/folders
When attempting to run the box sync I get the following error message:
Box Sync is unable to access certain files/folders in your Box Sync folder: -folder name Verify that these files/folders have the right user permission, close all relate applications and restart Box Sync.
These files/folder indeed do have the right user permission as the user running box sync is co-owner of all the files and folders so not sure why this error is occurring. I have tried restating box sync and my pc but still getting same error
