Offline Issues
FIX THE OFFLINE ISSUE. NO NEED TO EXPLAIN. YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. BOX.COM HAS BEEN IGNORING THIS ISSUE FOR A YEAR. IT'S PATHETIC REALLY. FIX THE ISSUE ALREADY.

I have checked and it doesn't seem we have an on going issue with the Save for offline feature on Box Mobile apps.
I personally use this feature on my Android phone and don't see any issue saving files I need for offline access. Can you explain a little more about the issue you experienced and your workflow?

I guess you guys are not testing with mp3 or audio files. I’m on iphone & every time i upload mp3 files & mark them as offline they’ll work initially but then a few hours later i’ll go to listen in the car & it’ll say something like “unable to play” then i have to close the app and try again like 5-8 time until the file actually plays. Why is it unable to play if the upload & office process says it is complete & my files are saved on my phone?! This is a known issue for those of us who use BOX for audio storage & playback. Since we are a smaller group you guys just don’t even test or try to fix the issue.

This is definitely an unexpected behavior as mine, I mean my audio files seem to work on offline with no issues.
Do you have the latest OS and version of Box for iOS installed?
