excel wont save changes

Hi - There are 6 of us using an excel spreadsheet that we all need to make edits to separately. It is saying saving each time but when we go back into the spreadsheet the next day or later in the day none of the changes have said ( ie: deleting cells, colour shading cells etc)

  Can you further explain your workflow on how you open and edit your excel file? Are you editing the file using Office/ Excel online or with your MS excel desktop application?

  Do you mind providing more information or even share a screenshot?

  This will help out other members of the community to figure this issue out with you!
